Rules
A few rules of conduct that are self-evident, but it's better to say them.

Strict prohibitions
No alcohol during the 8 days of camp.
No drugs, including cannabis and power plants.
No weapons, nor any aggressive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behavior.
Photography is only permitted during social times. There will be group photos by the tree on Sunday morning. No photos during sacred times.
No individual fires. We're in the forest in the middle of summer... The 2022 fire was impressive. We don't throw away cigarette butts!
These abuses, in addition to harming you, would, for the most part, harm our mutual understanding as well as our relationship with law enforcement. We would be forced to ask you to leave.

Things not recommended.

During prayer time, which means all camp time, it is not appropriate to flirt, seduce, or flirt. It distracts us from our goal. Remember the legend of the white buffalo woman. Some played and got burned. Avoid it. Let a hug simply be a hug. It provides a lot of reassurance.

Therefore, clothing should not be too revealing. T-shirts around the arbor, shorts. We don't dress sexy, we dress comfortable.

Dogs are our children, and it may be impossible to entrust them to someone. However, they must often be kept on leashes. During prayer circles, during meals, and during all sacred times (dancing, huts). In the evening, they can roam freely, but under your responsibility.

We sing a lot and love music. Each song has its place, however. Around the fire and the huts, we only sing the dance or prayer songs led by the leaders or the water pourers. This is the place where they express themselves.
At the blue bus, around meals, guitars are welcome. We sing folk songs or songs in other languages. We avoid sacred songs that revive the ceremonial, however. A time for everything.
No drums in the huts or the blue bus. The drum is for the arbor, under the guidance of experienced singers. The Sun Dance is not the time for hand drums, sorry. They will have their place at the collection camps.
Things that Help

Camp ends on Sunday. It's time to tidy up, fold, wash, and sort. At 100, it goes quickly and is light; at 10, it's painful. Allow time for packing up camp; it's precious.
